Frolicking Fae

I know so many of you are in places where it has been really HOT, but here in the Pacific Northwest we have been experiencing our first week of decent weather (over 65 and not raining). It’s actually really nice to finally see some sunshine!  My garden is thankful for the sunshine as well! I do hope that the rest of you are finding ways to stay cool! Be sure to keep an eye on all of those fur-kids too.

Let’s see what the Fae have to offer up for the month of July…

JulyFae

The month of July looks like a very good month to face fears and do a little shadow work. As you work through the process, remember all fear can be conquered. Someone once told me to look at fear as an acronym F.E.A.R. =  False Evidence Appearing Real. If we don’t face our fears, we get stuck and then there is no moving forward. The Fae suggest picking on thing you are afraid of this month and work your way through, over or around it. Just think how strong you will feel when you have dominated just one of your fears!?

The middle of the month, you may find yourself giving into temptations. Sometimes, it is good for you to give in and treat yourself.  Just try to remember not to go overboard. Allow yourself all things in moderation. If you really want to resist whatever is tempting you, try tying a black ribbon around your wrist or putting a pretty charm on it and wear it around your neck as a necklace. Let this become your symbol for resistance and protection.

If you find yourself stuck in the dark side this month, first realize you are not alone. There are a lot of people going through pain and upset. Remember, this is a cycle and things will turn themselves around. It is okay to feel the down feelings, just don’t get stuck there. Allow yourself to have a pity party if needed. You may want to set a time limit, something realistic, I would say nothing less than 24 hours, but nothing too long either. When the time runs down, write out all of the emotions that you want to let go of, then take it to some place safe and light the paper on fire with the intentions of letting go.

hematite

With all of your hard work this month a nice stone for you to carry is Hematite.

This is the stone of Focus, Willpower, Courage, Confidence, Stability, Balance and Protection. Hematite grounds and protects.  It balances yin-yang energies. It also dissolves negativity and will keep you from taking on negative energies from others. This is a good stone for helping overcome temptations and addictions.

As always, I hope you find that this message from the Fae helps guide you through the ups and downs of this month! Remember to say a special little thank you to our Fae Friends for the guidance, insight and entertainment!

See you again, next month and keep the faith!
