Once again, you sit in
a comfortable position. Take a few deep breaths until you feel calm and
clear. When you feel comfortable enough, close your eyes.
The last moments of the sun are what lie in the wide sky. You hear the
sound of rushing water ahead of you. You enter a green forest alone with
no thought save of finding where the water is coming from. Do you see or
smell anything as you walk softly through the forest?
You find nestled in this big woods a small stream. Do you feel you are
alone or are someone there? You hear a strange buzzing sound coming from
above you. You look up to see eight silver swords swirling in the air,
riding on the wind. You reach for one but it goes up higher. You try again
and the swords seem to be alive and playing a game with you.
A glowing moon is reaching higher in the sky. You decide to sit down. A
mood takes over shimmering like waves in the vast ocean of your mind. Is
it Joy? Anger? Happiness? Peace? Sadness?
You decide to give
into your feelings. You sit near the water on the green moonlit grass. You
stare out into the light blue brook letting your mind flow. You give it a
chance to rest and feel what you need to. While surfing the waves of your
mind, you are aware of the swords falling to the earth. They surround you
as a warm cocoon. The swords are humming and vibrating with energy as you
flow in this state of peace. You finally get up stretching your body. As
you get ready to leave, the swords raise up one by one back into the air.
You smile and give the swords a wave.
When you are all set, open your eyes back to your world. Write down all
you have felt and seen meeting with the eight of swords. Remember the
stillness in your mind is always waiting for you. |
