“Because you didn’t come here to make a choice, you’ve already made it. You’re here to understand why you made it.”
The Oracle, from Matrix Reloaded

Breathe in and breathe out. Imagine all the worries of the day just flowing off your body like cool water. When you are ready, we shall begin.

You enter a huge room with sky blue walls and floor to ceiling windows that show the ocean from the western side. You can see the sunset’s last rays reflecting on the clear blue waters. In the middle of the floor is a big fountain made of white marble. You walk up to it and hit a blue button on the base of the fountain.

“Welcome to the Seven of Cups. Each cup is filled with your fondest desires. So choose wisely and from your heart, " says a voice from the fountain. Does that voice sound familiar or is it your own voice?

A low hum surrounds you, and a beam of blue light comes out, In a Ferris wheel format come out seven cups filled with your heart’s desires. What are the seven desires of your heart and soul? Take your time and pick which cup you want. When you’re ready, you will reach up to touch the cup you want.

How does it feel to have your greatest desire or wish in your hand? Does it feel good to you? Or perhaps you didn’t choose the right one because what you thought you wanted is not true to your soul. When you are ready, the door will appear to return you back to your own reality.

Now, take another deep breath and open your eyes. Record and reflect in your journal. Take time this week to think about your heart’s desire and how you can bring it into your life.
