A lot of places say they’ll give me my money back. Will you actually do it?
Yes, of course! Refunds for memberships & materials appear under “Returns” on the financial statements. In 2005, we refunded $75 in memberships and $20 in materials.
How do I request a refund?
Just contact Headquarters and ask for one, by phone, fax, email or snail mail.

How will you refund my money?
We prefer to issue refunds by the same method as your payment was made to us. Checks and money orders are refunded by check. Credit card payments are credited back to the same card as the initial purchase. Paypal orders are refunded via Paypal to the same account they came from. If you would rather receive your refund in a different way please let us know.
Are membership refunds prorated?
No, you will get a full 100% refund. If you buy a one-year membership in January and change your mind in October, you will still get your full year’s dues refunded.
What if I ordered a book and never got it?
If we’ve already sent your materials (and there’s been enough time for them to be delivered) we can send you another copy or give you a refund, your choice.
What about downloads or email memberships?
This guarantee applies to everything from the ATA – all membership dues and course materials, whether they’re something physical like CDs or books or electronic/PDF versions.
My kid brother scratched up my CD!
Let us know and we’ll send you a replacement or give you a refund, whichever you prefer.
I don’t think I’m that interested in Tarot after all. Do I have to pay my own postage to return the books?
There’s no need to return unwanted materials. Just ask for a refund and we’ll give it to you, and the books are still yours to keep. If you do choose to send them back to us we’ll reimburse you for your postage in addition to your refund.
